TD 50 Benefits
Designed for Thermal Disinfection.
Specifically designed as a Thermal Disinfecting Dishwasher from initial to final design. NOT a modified dishwasher.
Fresh Water Wash
Consistent washing results from first to last cycle.
Fresh water each cycle with low level of suspended solids in wash water.
Thermal Disinfection
Various Disinfecting Times and Temperatures are available and are guaranteed, every cycle. The Thermal Rinse time/temperature relationship is in accordance with BS2745. The Thermal Rinse gradually heats the crockery up to the required disinfection temperature, and then holds this temperature for the required disinfection time period. By this method, ALL crockery surfaces will be at the required temperature for the required time. NOT a splash-and-dash thermal rinse.
For Healthcare Installations
The TD50 incorporates back-flow prevention (air-gap) that is suitable for category ‘5’ risk installations. This includes Hospital and Care Home type establishments.
Cooling Rinse
The cycle concludes with a cooling (tepid) fresh water rinse. This reduces the temperature of the crockery to allow safe handling.
Interlocks and Door Lock
If for any reason, Thermal Disinfection has not been achieved, the cycle will
be aborted and the machine will display an error. The Door is mechanically
locked during the Thermal Rinse period. This is to ensure that the user cannot
interfere with the Disinfection process.
Self Diagnostics & Remote Monitoring.
The machine continuously checks that all functions are operating perfectly to provide optimised washing results. And advises the user of any problems. With remote monitoring and logging, any problems can be identified (and resolved) quickly.
A Certificate of Conformity for successful Thermal Disinfections can be easily viewed and printed.
Logged history is available to show washing trends such as energy, consumables usage, and cycle data.
